More states commit to phase out HFCs

Connecticut, Maryland and New York  also have committed to phase out hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) by adopting vacated Rules 20 and 21 of the EPA Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP). No target dates have been announced and NAFEM continues to closely monitor activities in these states.
