When and how did your business get started?

We started in 2006 in Europe. In 2015, we officially crossed the pond and came to the United States under the name Wilmax USA. We design, develop and manufacture everything we sell, from serving dishes and glassware to so much more. We take a lot of pride in the fact that we’re not driven by trends, but rather by working with end users to grow our own designs. Because of that, our business has grown substantially in the past few years.

What do you love most about the foodservice E&S industry?

We love the people aspect of the foodservice E&S industry. We really enjoy making the connection to the artists and chefs – the way these amazing people see food is something you won’t find in any other space.

What do you find most challenging about the foodservice E&S industry?

We would like to see more designs and innovations become affordable within our industry. We think other companies in the E&S industry should make sure to listen to the end user and pay attention to the industry needs.

We are excited to connect with like-minded executives and move our industry to a new level.
