Further support for solar R&D

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced $128 million in new research and development projects to advance solar technologies in photovoltaics, concentrating solar-thermal power, soft-costs reduction, innovations in manufacturing and systems integration. DOE funded more than 70 projects in 22 states. A complete list is available here.
