DOE requests input on regulatory agenda

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published a Federal Register notice seeking information about how best to prioritize rulemakings for the spring regulatory agenda under the new Process Rule. The Process Rule details how the agency will implement its rulemaking responsibilities for the appliance program under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA). Comments are due by May 15.
