Awaiting news of DOE’s upcoming regulatory agenda

NAFEM continues to monitor information on DOE’s priorities following the closure of the comments period seeking input on the agency’s spring regulatory agenda. According to Jeff Longsworth, NAFEM legal counsel, Barnes & Thornburg, “We’ve not seen DOE stating or signaling that they intend to pause regulatory activity, so we anticipate hearing information about energy conservation standards and other pending activities soon.”
