Comment period open to extend Section 301 List 1 exclusions

Numerous exclusions to products on List 1 of the Section 301 tariffs on China imports are set to expire Oct. 2. These include exclusions granted in October and December 2019 and February 2020. The U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) is seeking comments on a possible extension of the exclusion. Comments are due Aug. 30. Additional information is included in the Federal Register notice.
