Fall TLC meeting well received

More than 60 people joined NAFEM’s Technical Liaison Committee (TLC) meeting either virtually or in person in New Orleans Oct. 20. Afterward, members visited the New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) to see its kitchens furnished with NAFEM-member equipment and supplies.
