Survey firm Momentive took advantage of the 20 million questions people answer every day on their GetFeedback and SurveyMonkey platforms to better understand what people care about. The firm studied trending topics in surveys, such as how people are changing the way they create surveys, and what principles of modern survey design catch peoples’ attention and elicit the most thoughtful responses. At a high level, the findings indicate diversity, equity, and inclusion concerns are increasingly important with employers and employees. Additionally, surveys remain a powerful tool for understanding new issues and adapting accordingly. The report details the growth of gender inclusion, the rise of mobile responses and modern survey best practices
