Dr. Sam Potolicchio, president, Preparing Global Leaders Forum and professor of Executive Education EMBA programs at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and at the Mannheim Business School (Germany). He is a visiting lecturer at University of Bologna (Italy) and teaches two classes (US Political Systems and Preparing to Be President) to Georgetown University undergraduates. Sam offers executives up-to-the-minute advice on adapting to a globalized world.

Kay Firth-Butterfield, CEO, Good Tech Advisory, leads a team offering thought leadership, advice and support to companies to enable them to reap the benefits and mitigate the risks that AI brings to their enterprise. Her new book “Co-Existing with AI: Work, Love and Play in a Changing World” was published by Wiley in January 2026.

She is the former head of Artificial Intelligence & Quantum and member of the Executive Committee at the World Economic Forum and is one of the foremost experts in the world on the use and governance of AI. Kay has an abiding interest in how humanity can benefit from new technologies, especially AI and has been consistently recognized as a leading woman in AI and leadership, including by the New York Times.
