- In Oregon, the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) secured a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of the state’s EPR law for its members until a July 13 court hearing. Those close to the situation believe Oregon is considering pausing the program entirely while the case proceeds. The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) filed a lawsuit and amicus brief supporting the case.
