- Urge the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of the Treasury to reduce burdensome reporting requirements and audits that weaken the value of the Research and Development Tax Credit.
- Encourage Congress to improve the Toxic Substances Control Act, ensuring the EPA is properly resourced to administer and avoid unnecessary barriers to technological innovation.
- Thank Congress for passing the Working Families Tax Cut Act, which reduced taxes for the 95% of American businesses organized as pass-thru entities.
