CA AB 1200 Labeling Requirements

CA AB 1200 requires manufacturers to disclose the presence of PFAS and other chemicals on product labels beginning Jan. 1, 2024. This includes cookware and durable items used in homes and restaurants to prepare, dispense, or store food, foodstuffs, or beverages.
