Middleby Innovation Kitchen (the MIK)
5th Anniversary
The Middleby Innovation Kitchens (the MIK), based in the Dallas area, is celebrating five years. In 2021, Middleby was excited to introduce the industry to a new, more personal way of learning about the latest foodservice solutions with chef-led demonstrations and providing hands on education. While the year 2021 had other ideas, and industry events were halted, the MIK followed safety guidelines to continue to host customers, as demand for carry out meals quickly accelerated. Today the MIK has hosted more than 40,000 visitors in all areas of foodservice from CEOs to kitchen designers.

FBD celebrates 30 years of dispensing joy and serving the world’s favorite frozen beverages. To mark this milestone, the organization is reflecting on the commitment of its founders to focus on innovation, engineering and continuous improvement to shape the frozen beverage category. A series of internal and external activities are planned, to express gratitude for their customers, founders, suppliers, and employees.

50th Anniversary
Nemco Food Equipment, Hicksville, Ohio, marks its 50th anniversary in the foodservice industry. The company remains committed to designing and producing durable high-performance solutions to help operators work more efficiently. They look forward to celebrating the milestone with employees, partners, customers and the community throughout 2026.
Aero Manufacturing Company, Inc.
80th Anniversary
Aero Manufacturing, Clifton, N.J., is 80! The company was founded in 1946 and is now being led by the third generation of the same family. Aero manufactures commercial and consumer stainless steel products, including cabinets, sinks, shelving and tables and custom fabrication. Originally started in a 1,700 sq. foot general sheet metal shop, they now have a 150,000 square foot facility on a 5-½ acre campus in Clifton, NJ, and a Savannah, TN millwork facility that is 56,000 square feet. Aero Manufacturing looks forward to celebrations and continued growth in the year ahead.

Fisher Manufacturing proudly celebrated its 90th anniversary in March 2026. A special luncheon was held at the company’s Tulare, Cal., headquarters, honoring the hard work of all employees.
