U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) recently improved its Automated Clearing House (ACH) refund process, moving to exclusively electronic refunds as of Feb. 6. CBP provided details on registering with its Automated Commercial Environmental Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) in a Guidance Document.
