CARB reviews its draft regulation

At a Jan. 30 public workshop in Sacramento, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) presented draft regulation and proposed guidelines for reducing high-global-warming-potential (GWP) hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) from stationary refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment.
