Make the Small Business Deduction Permanent
The 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act included a change to Section 199A, allowing small businesses organized as pass-throughs (S corps, LLC, sole proprietorships, or partnerships) to claim up to a 20% tax deduction on qualified business income.
This deduction is scheduled to expire at the end of 2025.

Urge DOE to issue a “no-new standard” for Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
Unnecessarily burdensome commercial refrigeration equipment regulations proposed by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) will increase costs for manufacturers and the foodservice industry.
