Erik Lampe serves as the president and CEO for The Vollrath Company, a role he has held since 2023. His prior background is in general management, strategic growth, innovation and operational performance for industrial companies at Oshkosh Corporation and McKinsey & Company. He previously spent time with Comvest Partners’ Operating Advisory Group, where he served as a leader for the firm’s privately held companies, guiding them through business challenges. Erik also serves as board member for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), which engages in advocacy for manufacturers across industries and provides access to insights into the top levels of government and major trends.
